A month ago, 23 October 2017, we informed all students who were selected to become a student consultant for the International Business Research (IBR) project. After a tough selection procedure with several stages, including motivation letter + CV, making a case assignment, and a personal interview, we made final decisions which was a very difficult task for the Executive Board members.
Now, a month later, the student consultants from the Faculty of Economics and Business have had several trainings to become aware of more inside information of IBR. Moreover, they had a sales training by Robert-Jan van Egmond from Qompas. He shared his experience in acquisition and explained sales techniques which will help the student consultants to acquire companies who want to cooperate with IBR. The group is bonding both professionally and socially. They wrote sector reports, presented these reports to each other, and are calling companies together. What is more, every Monday we organize a social where the student consultants and Executive Board members get to know each other better.
